Peppermint

Supports respiratory system
Cooling
Put in spray bottle with 10 drops oil
Will decrease milk supply if lactating
Cooling, invigorating
Great natural fever reducer
Opens airways
Wakes you up
Sometimes a drop if too much
Helps cleanse the liver
Bugs don't like it (helps keep spiders away if use to clean windows)

Great for sinus infection:  one drop peppermint, oregano, melaleuca, and lemon in steaming water-cover eyes first and then breathe in.

Recipe:  make a spray:  10-15 drops with water for liquid air conditioning.
